Book a Session

When you book a session with me, I help you become more self-aware and realise that you can achieve your true potential.

I help you understand that you can develop resilience and with courage you can endure each day no matter what life throws at you.

I have read cards, coached and mentored for many years, always using my intuition with my clients. In addition to this I developed MindCircles which offers products and services for improving overall well-being. Particularly effective techniques are my ABC core techniques and my MindBites mindfulness meditations on various topics all of which reduce anxiety and stress and help you feel calm, relaxed, yet energised and more positive.


An individual one-to-one session is one hour (60 minutes) and is offered online using Zoom Meeting(you do not have to have this program on your device)

A one hour (60 minutes) session is sufficient time to keep information overload to a minimum but also time for you to benefit from the session. Sessions cannot be booked consecutively.

The cost of a session is £60 and must be paid prior to the session and is non-refundable.

The aim of the individual session is to help you move forward positively and constructively with your life.

At the end of the session I will direct you to techniques such as my ABC core techniques which if used regularly will improve your psychological, emotional, mental and overall wellbeing.
